Post 676: Altered Tin Boxes and DIY Embellishments + Tutorial (Lindysgang, USA)

Hi friends!
I hope everyone is doing well. Today is my last DT post on the Lindys Blog
2020 has been a difficult year in so many ways and I've decided to take a little break from crafting. I've had an amazing time being on various Design Teams. I have loved being on the beautiful Lindysgang Team and I will miss it so much. They are the sweetest, kindest and superbly creative people I've had the privilege to work with. Hopefully, I'll be back with renewed creative energy after a few months. I'll still be around on social media, popping in every now and then :)

On the Lindy's blog, I'll show step by step how to simply alter Tin Boxes with Lindy’s Starburst Squirts. We will use easy techniques for alteration and create our own DIY embellishments as well. To view the Full Pictorial, please click HERE

Also, I'd like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. I hope the New Year brings with it hope, good health, strength and peace. Lots of love & best wishes xoxo

Post 675: Clean & Simple Christmas Card (Inspiration for Lindy's Gang December 2020 Color Challenge)

Hi friends!
Hope you are doing well :)

We have a beautiful mood board for you.
There are generous prizes on offer, so please do join the challenge.
All the details about the Challenge can be found on the Lindy's Gang Blog.

Lindy's Gang has gorgeous sprays, pigment powders, squirts & embossing powders, they ship worldwide, to check out their store, please click HERE
Also, to get product updates & lots of inspiration, we have a vibrant Lindy's Creative Gang Facebook Group.

Color Palette Guidelines: Peach --- Slate --- Soft Brown

To enter the Color Challenge you MUST use at least 2 colors from the monthly color palette and as always you may also use black, white, neutrals or metallic colors as well! We are finding that there are so many amazing artists who are joining our challenge, that we can’t keep up with choosing winners! So, we’ll still have 5 winners of $50 gift certificates to Lindy’s, (sometimes more if we get tons of participants), and of those, 3 projects will be picked by Lindy’s for style, linking, etc, (the details are below) and 2 will be randomly drawn. Hopefully more people are encouraged to enter and we’ll get even more gorgeous projects! We just love sharing the Lindy love & thought this would be a great way to do it without anyone feeling intimidated.

For the challenge inspiration, I've created a Clean & Simple Christmas Card.
I've heat embossed 3 strips of double sided tape here. To view the tutorial on how to heat emboss on double sided tape, please click HERE
