Hi Folks!
In the morning, while I was reading the newspaper a picture in an advertisement caught my eye. I thought it was beautiful and I had to make an art journal page around it :) The lady in the picture looks like she is contemplating, unsure, perhaps even feeling low about something and I wanted to make something that gave a positive message when we all feel like that.
Here are some pictures of the project (Please click on the images and view the pictures in big/full screen mode, these tiny pictures here really do not show all the details. Thanks a bunch :) !! )

I am linking to the following challenges:
November Challenge with DCAM - I have used all the colors from the mood board and the DCAM rain splatter stencil to create texture in the background
Mudra Challenge # 3: "Create background with stamps" - I have created the distressed look background by stamping. Stamps used include the Humming birds, Brushed and Special Day.
Dusty Attic November Challenge- I was inspired by the colors of the mood board and also the bird. I have included dusty attic chipboards (bubbles and birds) in the art journal pages
More Than Words November Main Challenge - The word "special" is included in the "you are special" and I have used all the elements of the quote- I have included tiny hints of blue using heidi swapp sprays, something borrowed and old is my mom's diary which I am using as an art journal and the stencil and little round blings I used are new.
Stamplorations November Mixed Media Challenge - I have used a stencil in this mixed media journal page to create texture in the background.
Beautiful layout...so much details..I will also look for images in the news paper ;)..
