Vintage Antique card Inspired by the colors of Fall

Hi folks!! Hope you are doing well and everything is going good in your crafty world. Today, I have created a vintage look card (working through the night), I've tried to use new techniques for the first time. The color scheme was inspired by the fall season. And I tried to add positive, warm sentiments to encourage the receiver of the card.

Here are some pictures of the card.

 Supplies used:

1. Used the Alphabets stamp by Mudra stamps
2. Raving Rain stamp set from CraftyScrappers
3. Here & Now stamp set from itsy bitsy
4. Corrugated cardstock, Iris & Brown cardstock
5. Ranger Distress inks- vintage photo, evergreen bough and spiced marmalade
6. Round blending tool and foams
7. Jute twine
8. Antique metal charms- teapot and cup
9. Stampoholic- regular
10. Martha Stewart Swirl Lace corner punch
11. Fevicol glue, silicone glue and foam tape
12. Ranger Archival black ink
13. Acrylic Block
14. A pair of Scissors
15. Diecuts from Gina Marie Dies (Stitched Scalloped Circles Die and the Stitched Square Die)

Procedure:

1. I deckled the edges of the die cuts and tore off few edges then distressed the die cuts.
2. Stamped the sentiments onto these diecuts with black archival ink.
3. Tore the corrugated cardstock (to give it a distressed vintage look) into the apt size and then distressed the edges.
4. Then I stuck the diecut sentiments on the corrugated CS with foam tape.
5. Cut the Iris CS to a suitable size and then punched the corners with the MS corner punch. Deckled the edges of it with scissors and then applied distress ink to it. Blended the colors.
6. Then used another piece of hand torn Iris CS and distressed it with ranger's spiced marmalade ink. Then stamped the words tea and coffee in the background using the Mudra alphas stamp and vintage photo distress ink.
7. Then I stuck the layers together with adhesive and adhered this layered piece to the brown colored card base, whose corners were rounded.
8. The twine was added to give a more tied together-distressed-vintage-antique look.
9. In the end the teapot and cup antique metal charms were added for a bit of pizzazz.

Do leave some comments, helps me know that someone out there reads this and is following a beginner's crafting journey :)

Till next time!
Stay Blessed!!
