summery card

Hi folks!

So today I share a card that was a work in progress for me. Added elements till I felt it looked complete. It was gifted to a friend as a birthday card. I tried to include the bright colors of summer to brighten up her day :) I have also included all the things that are most loved about summers like icecreams and flipflops !! I made an envelope to go with the card and on the inside I kept it simple by including the image and sentiment from the altenew fresh freesia set. The girl I gifted this to is a teenager and loves dressing up so I included the diecut from the butterfly girl gown die- Gina Marie designs.

14. Sizzix Bigz Tattered flowers die
