Post 549: Ombre Floral Card- Wishing You Happiness (Inspiration for Craft Stamper Magazine's Take It Make It Challenge- April, 2019)

Craft Stamper Magazine's Take It Make It Challenge for April is live. It is an "Anything Stamping Goes" challenge with beautiful prizes on offer. For the inspiration, I've created an Ombre Floral Card. I was inspired to bring out my distress oxides and inks after watching Kristina Werner's videos on distress oxide blending. It is amazing to watch her create! Since I don't have too many ink colors, I used distress oxides along with distress inks to blend & create multiple ombre backgrounds with visually pleasing color combos. On this one, I stamped the background using an Aall & Create Stamp & then stamped the sentiment in black using a Mudra Stamp. For the floral element, I added a floral frame die cut from Fantasy Dies.

Supplies Used: Aall & Create Stamp #54- Strings & Scripts, Mudra Craft Stamp-Floral Fantasy #1, Fantasy Die, Hero Arts Rectangle die, Distress Oxides and Distress Inks, Versafine Onyx Black Ink, Tombow Mono Multi Glue, 3D Foam Tape.
