Post 158: CAS Floral Birthday Card

Hi Friends :)

Hows your week been so far? This is my first post for May and I'm glad to get crafty after a couple of days away. I'd like to share a floral birthday card today, I kept it CAS by having a lot of white space.

Synopsis of the Process:

Stamped floral and leaf images on the watercolor paper, did masking and mirror image stamping by using the stamp kissing technique. Then stamped some smaller images. Then used hues of yellow to create a watercolor wash around the stamped images and water colored the images with zig markers, fuji folio colors and an aqua brush. Then die cut the water color panel and adhered it to a purplish card base. In the end stamped the sentiment, created splatter with some watered down black ink from a zig marker and then finished off with sequins.
