Post 231: Floral Card (Shine)

Hi friends :)

How are you ? Any plans for the weekend ? I'm still under the weather and trying to recover from the flu. A few new supplies got delivered today and I was so excited to play with them. I sat on the bed and crafted there only because I didn't have the energy to get up and work on the craft table. I've got a floral card to share today. This is a standard A2 sized top folding card. I enjoyed watercoloring it with zig markers and an aqua brush. The sentiment is a grungy one which I really like, it reads "shine" I thought this will be a nice encouraging card to send to a friend to pep her spirits :)

List of Supplies:

Stamplorations Stamp- Blossom Sprays 2
Stamplorations Stamp- Art Marks
Stamplorations Stamp- Winged Things
Cutplorations Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Die
Lawn Fawn Small Dotted Rectangle Die
Canson Watercolor paper
Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers
Aqua Brush
Versafine Onyx Black Mini Inkpad
White & Black Cardstock 270 gsm
Uniball Signo White Gel Pen

Here are a couple of photos of the card:

I am playing along with the following challenges:

TIME OUT Challenge #88 (was inspired by the word "shine")
Butterfly Challenge #82 (1 butterfly on the lower edge near the leaves + orange color + matching pairs of leaves and small flowers)
Stamplorations Theme & Sketch Challenge (went with the theme of warm colors)
CAS03-July Challenge (was inspired by the colors in the picture)

Thanks for your time :)
Love reading your sweet comments.
Stay Blessed.
