Post 482: Two Hexagon Shaped Cards (Inspiration for Stampotique Designers Challenge 308- Unusual Card Shapes)

Hi folks!
Good Morning :)

I'd like to share Two Hexagon Shaped Cards. They are my inspiration for the new Stampotique Designers Challenge (SDC308) where the theme is "Unusual Card Shapes". There are 2 challenges every month and each challenge runs for 2 weeks, so you have plenty of time to participate. There are awesome prizes on offer, so please read the rules and do join in :) You don't need to have Stampotique stamps to play along! All the details can be found HERE Also, if you'd like to buy these beautiful wood mounted rubber stamps, they can be found online HERE

Here are some photos of the cards:

2. Card- Sparkle

Synopsis of the Process:

For both cards, I created the card bases and water colour paper panels using Hexagon Shaped Dies. Then added a few splatters of color and did ink smooshing to create organic looking backgrounds. Then did background stamping using Stampotique Originals Rubber Stamps. The focal elements on both cards are beautiful Stampotique stamps & the sentiments are cut from the  quotes in Quotes #1 Stampotique Stamp.

Thanks a lot for your precious time :)
Stay Blessed!
Preeti
